Logistics Coordinator – Temporary Contract (3 Months) 📍 Location: [Insert Location]
Pay Rate: £18 – £22 per hour PAYE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced logistics team on a 3-month temporary contract with an immediate start available.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong logistics, customs, and document control experience who thrives in a detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and filing logistics and shipping documentation
• Managing invoicing and shipment scheduling
• Coordinating with 4PL providers and international hubs
• Handling import and export customs documentation
• Monitoring and communicating compliance and customs regulation changes
• Carrier coordination and shipment tracking
• Maintaining accurate document control processes
• Updating and managing data within ERP systems
• Producing and analysing reports using Excel

Requirements:

• Previous experience within logistics coordination or supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of import/export customs documentation
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Strong data accuracy and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Experience working with international stakeholders and carriers
